CAVMAC industrial hoses
Hand-built rubber hoses and hose assemblies: air and gas, water, food, chemicals, oil and fuel, abrasives, bunkering. Lengths up to 61 m, ID up to 1000 mm.
CAVMAC is the brand of the Irish manufacturer Abcon Industrial Products Ltd (Cootehill, Co. Cavan). The company builds low and medium pressure hand-built hoses for industry, ports, offshore, mining and dredging and exports to more than 30 countries.
Flow Dynamics Caspian is the official representative and distributor of CAVMAC in Kazakhstan. Below are the manufacturer’s datasheet values: working pressure (WP) with safety factor, temperature, inside diameter (ID) and lining material. Reinforcement is high-tensile polyester tyre cord; suction & delivery hoses add a steel wire helix to BS EN 10324:2004 and are rated to −0.85 bar vacuum. Standard coil length is up to 61 m.

Frequently asked questions
Delivery or suction & delivery hose?
A delivery hose works under positive pressure only. A suction & delivery hose has a steel helix and withstands vacuum down to −0.85 bar — choose it for suction duty or where the hose may collapse.
Do you supply CAVMAC hose assemblies?
Yes. Hoses are supplied with flanges, cam & groove or other fittings to your drawing, hydrostatically tested and with the manufacturer’s certificate.
What is the maximum hose length?
Standard coils are up to 61 m for most series; large diameters up to 12 m. CAVMAC hand-built hoses are made with inside diameters up to 1000 mm.
