1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the website flowdynamicscaspian.kz (the “Website”) are collected, processed and protected.
1.2. The owner and operator of personal data is FLOW DYNAMICS CASPIAN Limited Liability Partnership, BIN 221040019961, address: 7A Kabanbay batyr street, Almaty, 050010, Republic of Kazakhstan (the “Operator”).
1.3. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection” (the “Law”).
1.4. By submitting a form on the Website and ticking the consent box, the user confirms that they have read and agree to this Policy.

2.3. The Operator does not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) and does not ask users to provide them.

Data that are excessive for these purposes are not processed.
4.1. Processing starts only after the user gives consent by ticking the consent box before submitting the form.
4.2. Consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the date of the request.
4.3. The user may withdraw consent by e-mailing info@flowdynamicscaspian.kz with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. Within 15 working days the Operator stops processing or sends a reasoned refusal if storage of the data is required by law.
4.4. Consent cannot be withdrawn where this contradicts the law or where an obligation remains outstanding (for example, a valid supply contract).
5.1. Personal data are stored in a database located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. Data are kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than the consent period (clause 4.2), unless longer storage is required by law (for example, for contracts and accounting).
5.3. After this period the data are deleted or anonymised.
6.1. The Operator does not sell or publish personal data.
6.2. Data may be transferred without separate consent only in cases provided for by law (for example, at the request of authorised state bodies).
6.3. To fulfil a request, data may be transferred to carriers and product manufacturers — only to the extent necessary for delivery and with the user's consent.
6.4. Cross-border transfer of data is carried out only in the cases and in the manner established by Article 16 of the Law. The Website runs on the Tilda platform: when a form is submitted, data pass through the platform's servers, including servers located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. By submitting the form, the user consents to such transfer.
7.1. The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.
7.2. Access to data is granted only to employees who need it to handle requests.
7.3. The person responsible for organising personal data processing is the Director, A. M. Simonov (contact: info@flowdynamicscaspian.kz).
7.4. In the event of a personal data security breach, the Operator notifies the authorised body from the moment the breach is discovered.

Requests should be sent to info@flowdynamicscaspian.kz. The Operator changes, blocks or deletes data on a confirmed basis within one working day.
9.1. The Website uses cookies for correct operation and to collect anonymised visit statistics.
9.2. The built-in statistics of the Tilda platform may be used.
9.3. The user can disable cookies in their browser settings; some Website features may then not work correctly.
