A hose assembly is a hose that is ready to install: flanges, couplings or quick-disconnect fittings are already fitted by the manufacturer or our specialists. You receive a product of the required length, with fittings matched to the medium and pressure, and with documents — no rework on site.
Our assemblies are based on CAVMAC and MAN OIL hoses, with DIXON end fittings and quick couplings. Design, diameter, working pressure and connection types are agreed with your engineers before production starts.

The assembly is built for the actual load and medium, with correct crimping or attachment of the fittings and pressure testing. This reduces the risk of leaks and shortens installation time on site.
